PROCEDIMIENTO PARA LA OBTENCION DE UN DERIVADO DEL 2-AMINO-ETILTIOMETILFURANO

摘要

The deriv. of 2-amino -ethylthiomethyl furnace of formula (I) for treatment of gastro-duodenal ulcers, is made by (a) reaction of 2-(((2-furanyl) methyl)thio) ethano-amide with N-methyl 1-methyl-thio 2-nitro etheno-amine in a lower alcohol under reflux; and (b) reaction of the prod. with formaldehyde and dimethylamine in presence of acetic acid.
