<p>An automotive vehicle horn has a diaphragm (14) clamped in sealing engagement with a housing (10) and an inlet of a sound projector (12). A hole (88) is laser drilled in the diaphragm (14) to provide an air passage between the atmosphere and a motor chamber (18), which houses a motor (16) with a vibratory plunger (56), for vibrating the diaphragm (14) to generate sound energy.</p> |
