PURPOSE:To superpose plural original pictures and to reproduce a sharp image which has neither an axis shift nor a color blur by providing the original pictures and lenses of respective projection systems in parallel to a screen. CONSTITUTION:Original pictures formed on liquid crystal panels by the same technique as that in liquid crystal TV are enlarged and projected on a screen to reproduce an image, three units of a monochromatic liquid crystal panel 1' and a projection system of a light source behind it and a lens 3' in front of it are provided for one screen 6'' and project color images of R, B, and G respectively, and each projection system has color filters 9, 9', and 9'' between the original picture 1' and lens 3'. Then, the lens 3' of each projection system is used as a swing and tilt mechanism for the original picture 1'. For the purpose, each projection system have the liquid crystal panel 1' where the original picture is formed and lens 3 arrayed in parallel to the screen 6'', and arrayed at swing and tilt positions of plane symmetry about the center projection system of blue (B). |
