PURPOSE:To form a copy image which is different in arrangement at least partially from an original image by generating a speed difference among an exposure scanning speed, the moving speed of an image carrier, and the paper feeding speed of transfer paper temporarily in the middle of an exposure scan. CONSTITUTION:An exposure optical system 2 is stopped from performing an exposure scan at a point A for a certain time, but the point A is exposed during the period and a photosensitive body 3 rotates continuously, so a latent image of the center part of a spread page D at the point A is formed in the image area P' on a photosensitive body 3 to prescribed length ranging from a point A' to a point A'' as the 5th blank latent image VII. Then, the exposure optical system 3 restarts moving and the 2nd page of the spread page D is scanned for exposure until the whole exposure process is finished, so that a latent image corresponding to the 2nd page is formed. Namely, the 3rd blank latent image IV', the 2nd original latent image V', and the 4th blank latent image VI' corre sponding to the 3rd blank part IV, the 2nd original image V, and the 4th blank part VI are formed respectively. Thus, a copy image which is different in arrangement at least partially from an original image can be formed. |
