PURPOSE:To prevent effectively the malfunction due to noise by providing a RAM with an area where data outputted to a latch is stored and writing repeatedly this data in the latch from the RAM in an idle time when a CPU waits for interrupt. CONSTITUTION:A RAM 4 is provided with the area where data outputted to a latch 13 is stored, and stored data is written repeatedly in the latch 13 from the RAM 4 in an idle time when a CPU 1 waits for interrupt. That is, data outputted to the latch 13 at the intervals of a certain time is stored in the RAM 4 until following data is outputted, and data stored in the RAM is transmitted and written repeatedly to the latch 13 through the CPU periodically in the idle time when the CPU 1 waits for interrupt or the like. |
