PURPOSE:To obtain a printer capable of printing at high speed by deleting redundant space data when printing data is transferred to a printing buffer. CONSTITUTION:When space data is available before return data in the data of an input buffer 110, the titled printer enables the space data to be deleted and return data to be justified forward in writing operation. Then when space data is deleted before the return data, the data of the input buffer 110 is transferred and stored into a printing buffer 112. Thus a carriage will not be fed by space prior to its return action. |
