PURPOSE:To perform a form feed without jamming by minimizing the abutting plane of a form feeding roller for a lengthy sheet, and spraying air on the lower plane of the sheet with a fan. CONSTITUTION:Form feeding rollers 4, 6, 7, 8 and 9 for the lengthy sheet are constituted so as to feed a sheet of form with O-character shaped rings 11, and planes abutted with the sheet are minimized. And the titled device is constituted so that, when the sheet is sent to a stocker 16, air is sprayed with a fan 17 to eliminate friction with the sheet that has been sent previously, and the form is sent smoothly to the stocker. A read head 18 is always corrected and controlled so as to be at a position where it is read exactly with a servo motor 20.
