PURPOSE:To improve mounting operativity of a pair of brackets with sealing materials adhered on the insides thereof by forming one of the brackets with a hook member and forming the other with two holes and a projection, so that, when they are connected, the hook, holes and projection will constitute a hinge. CONSTITUTION:In order to connect a band U11 and a band L21, a hook member 15 of the band U11 is inserted into a hole 25 of the band L21, with the extreme end of the hook member 15 further inserted into a hole 26. Thus, a hinge is constituted, and a projection 27 cooperates with the pressing force of the band U11 and a seal material 22 of the band L21 against the hook member 15 caused by the hinge to maintain the band U11 and the band L21 in a fixedly connected condition. thus constructed, improved mounting operability is assured. |
