PURPOSE:To prevent dew condensation and adhesion of a hygroscopic and adhesive powder in supplying the powder in a storage tank by a screw conveyor, by blowing dry hot air n the discharge port of the screw conveyor, the inlet side of a first opening and closing valve and the inlet side of a second opening and closing valve. CONSTITUTION:A dry hot air line 13 is branched into three lines. The first branch pipe 13a is opened to the inlet side of a first opening and closing valve 10 from a discharge port 9 and the second branched pipe 13b is opened to the inlet side of a second opening and closing valve 12 from the interior of a tank main body 2 and the third branched pipe 13c is opened to an inspection port 14. Opening and closing valves 15, 16, 17 are each interposed on the way of the branched pipes. When a stock material is transferred to a supply tank 1, at first, the first opening and closing valve 10 is opened to drive a screw conveyor 8 while the opening and closing valves 15, 17 are also opened and dry hot air is blown not only to an exhaust port 9 from the inspection port 14 but also to the inlet side of the first opening and closing valve 10. After the transfer of the stock material is finished, the opening and closing valve 16 is opened before the second opening and closing valve 12 is closed and said dry hot air is blown in the inlet side of the second opening and closing valve 12. |
