PURPOSE:To take up a film automatically by feeding automatically a film which is fed with a blank owing to the wrong opening and closing of a rear cover almost at the end of the film up to the film end in the opposite direction from the blank feeding. CONSTITUTION:When the rear cover is closed after a film is loaded, a blank feed switch 4 turns on, a blank feeding circuit 17 feeds the film by four frames, etc., without exposure, and the circuit 24 winds the film by one frame every time a photograph is taken with a release switch 3. If the rear cover is opened and closed by mistake while three frames, etc., are left, blank feeding is carried out by the circuit 17 and never reaches four frames, so the completion of the blank feeding is not stored in the latch circuit of NAND gates 14 and 15. A switch 2 is turned off again according to the closure of the rear cover and the output of an AND gate 11 goes up to H; and counting operation corresponding to the four-frame feeding is performed through a monostable multivibrator 34, then the output Q of a counter 36 goes up to H, and a rewinding circuit 31 is controlled by a NAND gate 27, etc., so that film is rewound automatically to its end.
