1. Scissors for suture removal, consisting of two legs (2, 3) having each a short functional end, i.e. a short section of pivotal junction (4.1), and a short section of blade formation (2.2, 3.2) and a long manipulation end (1.1) with eyed handle (2.1, 3.1), between the essentially straightly extending functional and manipulating ends U-shaped bent sections (2.4, 3.4) of angular to arch form being provided, the functional end thus being bent by 1808 with relation to the manipulating end, the width of each of the two legs (2, 3) in the area of the functional end being reduced by half, particularly for use in the oral cavity, characterized in that the bend is around an axis extending vertically to the plane of motion of both eyed handles (2.1, 3.1), and that the space (2.5) from the joint (4) connecting the two legs (2,3) to the exterior part of the leg (2) disposed on the inside of the bend is such that in the bend area the inwardly disposed leg (2), according to the spacing of the connecting joint (4), is fully pivotable with in the outwardly disposed leg (3). |
