The oven consists of a lower body comprising a double-wall reinforced collar joined, pref. by welding, to a convex base which extends well beyond collar, forming a peripheral channel. The edge of the convex base has at least two attachment points to allow handling of the oven assembly by an overhead rolling crane. The combustion air distribution is situated under base and the flow rate regulated by valves, pref. of butterfly type. Pipes allow introduction of air into the middle of the oven.
