PURPOSE:To make mounting or replacing separating membrane easier and eliminate pressing device for adhering membrane to substrate plate by adhering separating membrane to both sides of substrate plate in such a way that the said membrane creeps around one end of substrate plate, forming an interconnecting section of liquid- through section with the substrate whose length is shorter than that of the gasket frame section. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of modules 38 are laminated, each of which is laminated through a gasket 4 forming a separating membrane 36 adhered to both faces of substrate plate 34 in such a way that the separating membrane creeps around one end 34a of the substrate plate 34. A U-shaped liquid-through section 42 is formed with a tongue-shaped section 40c extended out from a frame 40a of the gasket 40. The length of substrate 34 is shorter than that of frame 40a so that an interconnecting section 44, to interconnect the liquid-through section 42 with the adjacent liquid-through section 42 between one side 40b of the gasket 40 and one end of the module 38, is formed. By the said arrangement, the interconnecting section is formed without providing through holes on the substrate plate and the separating membrane to eliminate the necessity of pressing device or the like and possible leakage of raw liquid out to the side of penetrating liquid caused by erroneous installation of a pressing device.
