PURPOSE:To save the cost of construction and operation of a treating equipment by mixing an appropriate amt. of night soil sludge cake which is anaerobically fermented into the raw night soil, separating solid from liquid with dehydration, and treating biologically the separated liquid. CONSTITUTION:The raw night soil is supplied into a screen 2 by a crushing type pump from a receiver tank 1, and the dregs are separated. The separated dregs are dehydrated by a dreg dehydrator 3, and the solid is thrown into an incinerator 17 and incinerated. The liquid night soil removed from dregs is supplied into a mixing reaction vessel 4, and 1-3% fermented dehydrated cake basing on liquid hight soil from an anaerobit fermentation tank 6 is charged into the mixing reaction tank 4 and sufficiently mixed. An appropriate amt. of excess sludge is supplied into the liquid hight soil after completing the reaction, and mixed in a mixing tank 5. A high molecular flocculant 7 is further added in a kneading tank 8. The flocculated flocs are formed in this way, and dehydrated by a two- step dehydrator 9 to obtain the dehydrated cake contg. 65-70% water content. |
