PURPOSE:To reduce cloggings of filter medium, minimize danger of contamination of filtrate and carry out filtering of suspension for a long period of time by revolving a rotor close to the filter medium on raw liquid side during filtering of raw liquid. CONSTITUTION:A filtrate chamber 14 consisting of a ceramic membrane 12 and a substrate 13 for the membrane is formed on part of the wall of a culture tank 11. A magnet rotor 15 is installed revolvably by a rotor substrate 16 on the opposite side of the filtrate chamber 14 through the membrane 12. The said rotor substrate 16 is preferably made of a network material. A filtrate thief line 17 is installed to the filtrate chamber 14, being connected with a pump 18. A rotor working body 19 made of magnet is installed facing to the rotor 15 through the membrane 12 and the filtrate chamber 14. When variation of concentration in the culture tank 11 is measured, the sample is drawn by generating turbulence on the surface of membrane 12 by means of revolution of the rotor 15, enlarging shearing speed for the wall and filtering by means of negative pressure generated with the pump 18.
