PURPOSE:To enhance the reproducibility of painting, by constituting the title apparatus of a pretreatment apparatus provided with temp. and chemical liquid concn. sensors, a drain drying apparatus provided with a burner control valve, etc. and a conveyor driving apparatus provided with a conveyor speed sensor, etc. CONSTITUTION:Painting operation is performed through the computer 21 placed in a central control part 20. In this case, the chemical liquid concn. sensor 2, temp. sensors 3, 5, the paint emitting flowmeter 8, the temp. sensor 12, the conveyor speed sensor 16, the actuator 6, the paint emitting amount control pump 9, the air amount control valve 10, the burner control valve 13 and the speed changing actuator 17 arranged to each process are connected by signal wires 22a, 22b, 22c, 22d, 22e. Machinery is operated by the signal outputted by an operation part 21 and the signals from the sensors monitor whether each machinery inputted to the operation part is operated under a condition according to instructions.
