PURPOSE:To attain stable position control by providing the second mark parts which are used to detect the end of movement of a moving object besides the first mark parts which are used to detect the stop position of the moving object. CONSTITUTION:A mark part consists of the first mark parts 7a-7d consisting of circular holes 7 which are provided to detect the stop position of a moving object 1 and are different in combinational form and the second mark parts 10a and 10b consisting of long holes 10 which are provided on both dies in the moving direction of the first mark parts 7a-7d and are formed long in this direction. When the object 1 is moved in accordance with driving of a motor 3, a gear 2a, and a rack 2b, a plate 6 is moved in the same direction, and the form of the mark part corresponding to a detecting part 9 is changed in positions A, B, C, and D. Though the detecting part 9 detects erroneously the first mark parts 7a or 7d in the position A or D and the moving object 1 is moved over the position A or D, the second mark parts 10 are detected, and the moving object 1 is stopped and reversed by the output.
