PURPOSE:To smoothly rotate without slip while contacting aluminum tires with each other by forming planely the contacting portions of the aluminum tires, and applying the aid of rotating while contacting rubber tires with each other. CONSTITUTION:A rubber tire 2 is engaged with a wheel 1 of nonconductor, and a rubber tire 5 wound with an aluminum tire 4 in engaged with a wheel 3 of nonconductor. The wheel 1 of the nonconductor and the wheel 3 of the nonconductor are coupled by a connecting rod 6 of nonconductor. Thus, the contacting portions of the tires 4 are planely formed, and the tires 4 are contacted to be smoothly rotated without slip by the aid of the rotation of the tires 2 contacted with each other.
