发明名称 FIELD COIL OF DC ROTARY MACHINE AND FIELD COIL WINDING METHOD
摘要 PURPOSE:To improve the productivity and the quality of a field coil by a method wherein a rectangular wire is wound by rotating a spool wit stepwise winding diameter in a definite direction thereby a spiral coil is obtained, and the spiral coil is compressed and shaped thereby a magnetic field coil is formed. CONSTITUTION:A coil spool A is in nearly rectangular form with a cross-section suitably fitted to a magnetic pole core, and part AS with the smallest diameter at the center portion of the spool becomes the inner diameter of the magnetic pole coil, and the winding diameter increases gradually towards both sides into stepwise form. Coil rectangular element wire W is wound from the AL step with the large winding diameter on one end side of the spool A upward towards a part with large winding diameter on other end side. The coil wound in spiral form shown in dash-and-dot line is compressed and shaped from both sides and therefore the unit magnetic pole coil FC1 is formed and continuously wound in FC2, FC3, FC4 in the required pole number without cutting the coil element wire, thereby the field coil FC corresponding to one rotary electric machine is manufactured.
