PURPOSE:To weld a main body part to a part surrounding a CRT, require no coating operation and reduce a production cost of a cabinet by injection molding the main body part by a resin except a black resin and then injection molding the part surrounding the CRT by the black resin. CONSTITUTION:A movable tie plate 23 is moved rightward to clamp by a ram 30 of a two color injection molding machine, thereafter, the resin 33 is injected to a female mold 27 by an injection device 21 to form the main body part 9 of the cabinet 1. Then, the plate 23 is moved leftward to open the mold, a rotating plate 24 is normally rotated by 180 deg. by a metal mold normally rotating and inverting mechanism 32 and the main body 9 is normally rotated in an attached state to a male mold 29a. Subsequently, after clamping again, the resin 33 is injected to the female mold 27 by the device 21 to form the main body part 9 and at the same time, the black resin 38 is injected to a female mold 28 by an injection device 22 to form the part 8 surrounding the CRT. Further, the main body part 9 is welded to the part 8 surrounding the CRT, the coating operation is not required and the production cost of the cabinet 1 is reduced.
