PURPOSE:To set optionally a move instruction and a sequence instruction independently of each other by storing an identification number added to a work parameter and that added to a move parameter in correspondence of 1:1. CONSTITUTION:Work parameters are stored in a work parameter storage device 2 by a data input device 4 and are managed by an identification number (a). An identification number (b) is given to move parameters for every CL data, and they are stored in a graphic information management device 1. The identifi cation number (a) and the identification number (b) are registered in correspon dence of 1:1 and correspondence information is stored in an identification num ber storage device 3. A combination discriminating device 5 reads CL data and collates the identification number (a) corresponding to the identification number (b) added to this CL data and reads out corresponding work parameter and adds it to CL data and sends it to a control program generator 6. A mini mum control program is generated and is stored in a control program storage device 7.
