PURPOSE:To attain stable amplification without oscillation by using a printed circuit board so as to separate two high frequency transistors (TR). CONSTITUTION:Matching circuit patterns 3a, 3b, 4a, 4b of high frequency TRs 2a, 2b of the pre-stage and matching circuit patterns 3c, 3d, 4c, 4d of TRs 2c, 2d of the post-stage in a high frequency amplifier circuit device are separated by the printed circuit board 1 and the circuit patterns are connected electrically by a through-hole 15 only. Even when an electromagnetic energy is excited in a case by the matching circuit of the TR 2d of the final stage, since the energy is not fed back to the TR 2a of the 1st stage, stable amplification is attained. Since the 1st high frequency TR and the 2nd high frequency TR are separated by the printed circuit board 1 in this way, the feedback operation is suppressed via the space of the case and the oscillation of the high frequency amplifier circuit device is prevented.
