PURPOSE:To obtain a small actuator with good responsiveness by bringing a spring into contact with one end of a spool provided inside a valve main body while bringing a piezo-electric ceramic whose base end part is supported by said valve main body, into contact with the other end. CONSTITUTION:A spool 3 for connecting and disconnecting a fluid feed port 1a, a fluid outlet port 1b, and an open air connecting port 1c to and from each other, is provided inside a valve main body 1. And, a spring 4 which is supported by a spring receiver 9 on the valve main body 1 is brought into contact with one end of the spool 3, while a driving body 6 made of piezo-electric ceramic which is supported by the cover body 8 of a valve body 1 via a support guide 10, is brought into contact with the other end. Since the driving body 6 has a good responsiveness to an electric signal while having a simple structure, the responsiveness of a valve can be improved while the valve can be miniaturized.
