PURPOSE:To set and adjust the device extremely easily and to cancel the fluctuation in a source voltage and a voltage fluctuation due to the change in temperature to each other by taking out a clamp voltage and an offset voltage from the same power source. CONSTITUTION:The clamp voltage E'c appearing on one terminal of an analog switch 10 through the first emitter follower circuit 21, the first transistor switch circuit 24, the third and the fourth emitter follower circuits 33, 36 has a voltage Ec of a voltage part 3 shifted by the respective circuits and is represented by the expression E'c=Ec+Eeb-Ece-Eeb-Eeb=Ec-Eeb-Ece. On the other hand, the offset voltage Eo appearing on the other terminal of the analog switch 10 through the fourth emitter follower circuit 39 and a transistor switch circuit 42 which is constantly turned on from the voltage source part 3 has the voltage Ec of the voltage source 3 shifted and is represented by the expression of Eo= Ec-Eeb-Ece. Accordingly, the clamp voltage E'c and the offset voltage Eo in the analog switch 10 are equal.
