Wooden boards (6) are fastened, e.g. adhesively bonded, at a distance from one another on one covering layer (2B). The side edges of the boards (6) are stepped. Wooden strips (5), around which the projecting edge parts of the boards engage, are inserted into the grooves remaining between the boards (6). This results in a particularly rigid heat-insulating panel (1), the wooden cladding being borne by that side of said panel which is directed towards the house interior. A separate inner cladding is not necessary, and the insulating action of the panel is additionally increased. <IMAGE>
