PURPOSE:To improve the cooling efficiency of a belt by inserting a metallic material into a block, and exposing said metallic material on the surface of said block to allow heat generated in said block to escape outwardly. CONSTITUTION:Due to a belt 6 which is driven by the rotation of a pulley 3, the air which flows into a housing 1 through air vents 11, 12 acts on a metal member 65 which is exposed on the surface of a block 6b. And, heat which is generated by the block 6b and a belt body 6a is outwardly radiated via the metal member 65. Accordingly, the radiation of heat from the metal member 65 can be carried out very efficiently, improving the cooling effect of the belt.
