PURPOSE:To simplify operation by providing a memo note holding means holding a plenty of memo notes on which transmitted information is written and an information reading means reading which scans a memo note by pulling down said means on the memo note and reads out the information written thereon. CONSTITUTION:Transmitted contents are written on the memo note 2. Then the information reading part 6 is turned counter-clockwise to pull down on the memo paper 2 as a figure shows. Then the information reading part 6 reads out the information written on the memo note 2. After the read-out information is converted into an electrical signal, it is transmitted through the MO DEM of a control part 14. Upon the completion of transmission, the information reading part 6 is turned clockwise as figure shows, and the memo note 2 whose contents was transmitted is removed. Then the new memo note 2 comes to the prescribed position. Even if the number of memo notes 2 is decreasing, the memo note 2 at the uppermost side comes to the prescribed position. At the time of reception a received picture signal is decoded by the MODEM of the control part 14, and recorded by a thermal head 17 on a thermal recording paper 16 fed by a platen roller 18 in a recording part 15.
