PURPOSE:To simply attain recording/reproduction of a reply message by one operation by providing an operation section and a timer means starting the count when the operation section is operated. CONSTITUTION:When a reply message button 16 is depressed, the level of an input terminal 17a of a control means 17 changes to a logical '0.' A control section 17-1 applies a start signal to an input terminal Ti of a timer 17-2, which is operated to start count. The control means 17 supervises that the reply message button 16 is detached and the timer 17-2 completes a prescribed time count (e.g., 1sec) repetitively. The reply message button 16 is kept depressed for 1sec or over, after a light emitting diode 13 is observed for lighting then the recording of the reply message is started. In case of the reproduction, the user depresses the reply message button 16 and detaches the button before the time of the timer 17-2 is over (within 1sec).
