PURPOSE:To remove the vibrations in the horizontal and vertical directions over a wide frequency range from a large earthquake motion to a minute vibration by combining three kinds of vibration damping means: multistage type rubberlike elastic bodies, magnetic force spring,and a dynamic vibration reducer. CONSTITUTION:On a base 11, the first floor 13 is supported by interposing an earthquake motion releasing support device 12 made up of multistage type rubberlike elastic bodies, and on the first floor 13 the second floor 15 is supported by interposing magnetic force springs 14. Further, on the lower central part of the first floor 13 a dynamic vibration reducer 16 is fitted. Thus, the vibrations in both the horizontal and vertical directions can be removed, and the vibration being transmitted from a base 11 to the upper surface of the second floor 15 can be reduced. |
