PURPOSE:To attain very excellent and intelligent automatic transfer and talking service while avoiding undesired transfer by applying the transfer to plural positions, keeping a caller unawaited in talking state during the transfer and transferring the call after the confirmation of the transfer personnel. CONSTITUTION:An automatic incoming reply means 5 applies automatic incoming reply at the setting of transfer mode, and after a message including an on-hook command is sent from a message sending means 7, an automatic dial means 6 applies automatic dialing to a transfer destination number to confirm the presence of the transfer mode setting personnel by using the message. When a command of a caller number transfer is received using a PB signal from the transfer mode setting personnel, the caller number having an incoming call is informed by the message. When the transfer mode setting personnel uses the PB signal to apply the command of transfer, the automatic dialing means 6 applies automatic dialing to the caller number having the incoming call and a switch control means 8 connects the 1st and 2nd information channels B1, B2.
