Obturation of sewer pipes which are out of work, by mounting a shutter-mantel with concrete filling. This invention finds its main application in the demolition of houses. The shutter is inserted in the pipe (28) and both plates (2), instead of being screwed, are pressed against each other and locked by means of a compressed air piston (8).
