PURPOSE:To grasp tilt angle information aurally over a look at an image of a school of fish and utilize the sense of hearing and the sense of vision without hindrance to each other by generating a display tone of frequency corresponding to a tilt angle every time a detection pulse is transmitted. CONSTITUTION:A monostable multivibrator 2 is triggered with a detection pulse from a scanning sonar body 1 and a constant voltage oscillator 3 generates an oscillation output of frequency coresponding to the tilt angle phi from the main body 1 continuously for a specific time. This output drives a speaker 4 to obtain aural tilt angle information over a look at an image of a school of fish. Thus, the sense of hearing and the sense of vision are utilized effectively without any hindrance to each other to grasp the state of the school of fish correctly. |
