PURPOSE:To obtain accurately and quickly information by inputting various information relating to a vehicle stored in advance in a transponder provided to the said vehicle and applying prescribed processing relating to the said vehicle based thereupon. CONSTITUTION:When a vehicle 11 reaches a fare booth 3 on a highway, the CPU 29 of a terminal equipment 1 drives a transmission/reception device 39 to irradiate a start radio wave from an antenna 7. The transponder 9 irradiates the information stored in a memory 21 to the antenna 7 via a coil 13. The irradiated information is received by the antenna 7, demodulated by the transmission/reception device 39, fed to a decoder 41, which decodes the said information and outputs the result to the CPU 29 via a bus 28. The CPU 29 applies processing based on the information of the decoded vehicle 11. |
