PURPOSE:To cancel the distortion component by making vague voltage dependancy of the polarization characteristic of a dielectric substance constituting a capacitor and a dielectric absorbing characteristic constant forcibly by a comparatively high impression voltage and connecting the capacitors in a direction that the charging polarities are cancelled together. CONSTITUTION:A battery (primary or secondary battery) 5 of several - several tens of voltage is connected between a connection midpoint between the capacitors 1 and 2 and a connection midpoint (b) between the capacitors 3 and 4 and the dielectric substances of the four capacitors are polarized forcibly in the polarity as shown in figure. A circuit network (a) is constituted that it is inserted between points A and B of a photo equalizer circuit 9 (demarkated part shown in dotted lines) so as to correct the frequency characteristic of a negative feedback circuit.
