PURPOSE:To improve an operation efficiency in the arrangement and sorting of information by recording the information so as to store recording papers in the sequence of page by recording the information read from an original in a memory means once and reading the information from the memory means in the prescribed sequence of the pages. CONSTITUTION:Since the recording paper 18 on which the information is recorded in a recording part 16 is discharged to a copying tray with a recording surface directed upward, the original are mounted in the sequence of the pages with a reading surface directed downward, an operator sets the information so as to output it from a memory part 15 from the recording part 16 in the sequence of the pages opposite to the sequence read in a reading part 12 from an operating part 14. A control part 13 outputs a reading instruction to the reading part 12, the reading part 12 reads the information of the original 17 sequentially in the sequence of the pages, the read information is stored in the memory part 15 once and read in the sequence of the pages of the instruction of the control part 13 according to the instruction of the control part 13. From the control part 13, the instruction for outputting the information in the sequence of the pages opposite to the reading sequence according to the instruction from the operating part 14 is outputted. Accordingly, from the memory part 15, the information in the opposite sequence of the pages to the reading sequence, namely, from the posterior page is outputted to the recording part 16 and recorded in the recording paper 18 in the recording part 16.
