PURPOSE:To enable plural users to set modes respectively with a compact and simple constitution by setting a picture formation mode with use of a card containing an input switch and reserving a setting mode via said card. CONSTITUTION:A desired mode is set with an electrophotographic copying machine, etc., with operation of an input switch 2 together with looking at the display on a display part 3 of a card 1. When the card 1 is put into a main body, the card 1 has interface with a CPU of the main body via a contact 4. Then a picture formation mode of a copy mode different from the present picture formation mode is stored and reserved at a storage part of the CPU. Thus it is possible for plural users to set a desired picture formation mode respectively with a simple constitution using a card. |
