PURPOSE:To hold a culture container securely and to improve operability by providing a culture container pressure arm which is supported on a pressure base frame and has an observation window and a spring which applies pressing force to the culture container. CONSTITUTION:A part A (end part of pressure arm) is pressed with a finger, and then the spring 12 contracts to open the other end side of the pressure arm upward in the opposite direction. Then, a culture bottle 2 is inserted into the space surrounded with the recessed part 102 of the base frame 10 and the opened pressure part of the pressure arm 11 and the part A is released from being pressed after the completion of the insertion. Then, the spring 12 and a head pin 12 restore themselves upward, the pressure part side is closed downward, and the culture bottle 2 is held in the recessed part 102 with pressing force applied from above. A pressing screw 13 is screwed in to press the flank of the culture bottle 2, thereby further securing the holding. The pressure base frame 10 and pressure arm 11 use a soft material such as soft resin and is molded preferably in one body.
