PURPOSE:To prevent exactly a lead wire from being twisted in case of fixing a fixed sensor and a sensor fixture to an exciting surface, by forming the first electrode, and the second electrode on the top surface of the fixed sensor, and the outside peripheral surface, respectively. CONSTITUTION:When attaching and fixing an acoustic emission (AE) sensor 4 and a sensor fixture 1 to an exciting surface 24, when a cap 9 is screwed to the upper end opening of the sensor fixture, in a state that a coil-shaped pressure welding spring 6 is interposed on the top surface of the AE sensor 4, a clamping rotational force of the cap 9 is transmitted to the AE sensor 4 through the pressure welding spring 6, and the AE sensor 4 is turned. Therefore, when the first electrode 7, and the second electrode 8 are formed on the top part of the AE sensor 4, and the outside peripheral surface, respectively, a cordless structure which does not lead out directly lead wires 22, 23 from the AE sensor 4 is obtained. That is to say, by connecting two pieces of lead wires 22, 23 to a pressure welding brush piece 13 of the fixed side and the pressure welding spring 6, the lead wires 22, 23 are prevented exactly from being twisted in case of attaching and fixing the AE sensor 4 and the fixture 1 to the exciting surface 24.
