PURPOSE:To decrease the total length by coupling the start of the 1st indirect coupling circuit to a resonance circuit of the 1st stage capacitively, applying capacitive coupling of the end of the 1st indirect coupling circuit to the 4th stage resonance circuit, applying capacitive coupling to the start of the 2nd indirect coupling circuit and applying similarly capacitive coupling of the in direct coupling circuit to the main circuit. CONSTITUTION:One end of a transmission line 71 is coupled to an inter-stage coupling capactive element 51, each end of transmission lines 72, 73 is coupled to an inter-stage capacitive coupling element 54, one end of a transmission line 74 is coupled to an inter-stage coupling capacitive element 57 via a capacitor respectively. Phase delay lines 81, 82 consist of a coil shaped delay line mounted externally to, e.g., a printed board 4, and the total electric length of a series circuit comprising the transmission line 71, the phase delay line 81 and the transmission line 72 and the total electric length of a series circuit comprising the transmission line 73, the phase delay line 82 and the transmission line 74 are formed to lambdag/2 or its odd number of multiple.
