<p>A device for regulating the flow or outflow of liquids comprises an outer encasing tube, having a feed tube connected to an inlet and in which is a cylindrical hose coupling is disposed, which is tightly connected to an outlet. The liquid acts indirectly from the outside on the hose coupling via a gas cushion, so that a pressure difference occurs within the hose coupling, which leads to a bulging, and consequently, a cross-sectional reduction of hose coupling.
