PURPOSE:To improve the reliability and the efficiency for deciding on error, by deciding a measured value, based on an estimated residual being a difference of an estimated value and the measured value. CONSTITUTION:Based on an estimated value which is derived from a measured value from system to be measured, consisting of each node and a branch for connecting these nodes, and an estimated residual being a difference to this measured value, a wrong measured value is detected from among the measured values. That is to say, the wrong measured value is limited or specified, in accordance with whether the sum total of the estimated residuals which are derived, based on the measured value in each node, and the sum of the estimated residuals which are derived, based on the measured value in both ends of each branch have exceeded a prescribed value or not. |
