A flexible rubber tile 1 has a recess 4 in a surface 3 connected by a through hole 7 with an opposite face 2, the through hole having a non-return valve mounted in it so that when reduced pressure or a vacuum is created in the recess, and means to create the reduced pressure or vacuum ceases operation, the reduced pressure or vacuum is maintained. This ensures that a curable resin on the surface 3 is allowed to cure until the tile is self- supporting while the reduced pressure or vacuum is maintained. <IMAGE> |
