PURPOSE:To make the amount of microwaves absorption larger and shorten the time of cooking by constituting an auxiliary heating plate for microwave oven cooking with polymerizing an aluminum hydroxide containing paper and a polypropylene synthetic resin film and forming this polymerization in a corrugated shape. CONSTITUTION:An auxiliary heating plate in a microwave oven cooking for receiving a food such as a snack cake, etc., and heating it is constituted by polymerizing an aluminum hydroxide containing paper 1 containing aluminum hydroxide powder 80wt% and cellulose pulp 20wt% and a polypropylene synthetic resin film 2. Since the molecules of the polypropylene synthetic resin film 2 have a negative charge and the aluminum hydroxide containing paper 1 has water of crystallization, they reflect microwaves and at the same time accumulate electricity and heat, and as the time passes they discharge the electricity and heat. When one of or both of the paper and the synthetic resin film are polymerized in a corrugated shape, their electricity and heat accumulating effect is increased.
