摘要 PURPOSE:To enhance the mixing and agitating efficiency and at the same time make it possible to pour mixed resin components in a mold in the form of static flow by a method wherein a mixing chamber, into which the respective resin components flow through the inflow ports for the respective resin components, which are opened at the retreat of a cleaning rod so as to be agitated by colliding with each other, is formed in said cleaning rod, and the mixed components which are agitated in the mixing chamber are discharged through a discharge chamber. CONSTITUTION:A long groove-shaped mixing chamber 22 is provided in the axial direction of a cleaning rod 20A so as to agitate both resin components by colliding with each other therein after the inflow ports 11 and 12 for the respective resin components are opened by the retreating movement of the cleaning rod. The agitated mixed components flow out through the small diameter tip part 29 of the cleaning rod 20A into a discharge chamber 13 and are then discharged outside through a discharge port 14. At his time, after being agitated by collision in the mixing chamber 22 in the cleaning rod 20A, the respective resin components are given throttling effect through the process ranging from the mixing chamber 22 to the discharge chamber 13 so as to be agitated more favorably and at the same time to damp the energy of collision in order to be discharged in the form of soft flow.
