PURPOSE:To eliminate the need for a cutter and at the same time easily mount a film by a method wherein a film guide is provided along the periphery of a welder form, which is mounted onto the lower electrode of a high frequency welder, and at the same time a profiled film is seated on the welder form so as to weld a base material to said film putting the base material upon the film. CONSTITUTION:A film guide 4 is arranged so as to lightly protruded from the top surface of a welder form 3 in order to guide a film 6 to be seated on the welder form 3. In addition, the film guide 4 is supported with springs 5 so as to be flush with the top surface of the welder form 3 when pressed from above. The film 6 is profiled in advance and seated on the welder form 3 by being guided with the film guide 4. Next, a base material 7 made of leather, film or the like and an insulating paper 8 are piled up and set. Finally, the base material 7 is welded with high frequency waves to the film 6 by being pressed with the lowering upper electrode 2. |
