PURPOSE:To obtain a cigarette lighter by which a colored flame can be enjoyed by a constitution for the lighter in which it is filled with a colored flame fuel which is a solution of a halogen compound or an oxide of a group of metals or a group of semi-metals or their complex dissolved in an organic solvent. CONSTITUTION:A halogen compound such as lithium chloride, an oxide such as boric acid and their complex are dissolved in an organic solvent such as ethanol, benzine, to be used as a fuel. This fuel is filled in a fuel receiving section 2 to be used for a lighter. With this constitution, a colored flame is generated on the lighter, providing a flame producing device with color feeling.
