摘要 PURPOSE:To realize a full automation of welding by constituting the titled equipment so that a cutting device provided with a guide roller runs on the side of a bead and cuts the bead, while an arc welding torch with a sensor for detecting a start end and a final end of a weld zone is executing the welding. CONSTITUTION:A base material D is slid onto a received ball of a temporary receiving mechanism 14 and an interval of base frames 10, 11 is positioned automatically by a computer, and the base frames 10, 11 are made to approach each other. Subsequently, a positioning arm 15 is made to descend, a rolling reduction material 13a is made to descend and the base material D is clamped, and welding and cutting finish are executed automatically. As for a cutting device 3, its front end guide roller 5 collides against a base metal at the side of a welding bead, and runs on the tread of the roller 5 and the step difference of the base metal surface. This step difference is made larger than the maximum indentation error and distortion of a weld zone. By a sensor 2, the start and end of welding can be executed automatically. In this way, even if the whole welding length is welded and finished automatically, no distortion is generated, and all can be executed efficiently by a full automation.
