PURPOSE:The starting mixture mainly composed of raw rice-cake cubes and powdered cuttlefish is roasted and expanded, then, the rice-cracker of cuttlefish shape is coated with seasoning to make voluminously expanded rice cake of cuttlefish shape having good taste and crisp texture. CONSTITUTION:Raw rice cake cubes and cuttlefish powder are raised by roasting to form rice-cracker which has rough skins, 5-15mm thickness, cuttlefish shape and taste. Then, the rice-cracker is coated on both or one surface with a viscous seasoning containing sugar, flavors, nutrients, spices and so on. As a result, the product is voluminous, rich in nutrients, crisp enough for infants to easily eat.
