PURPOSE:To prevent a flame from being lifted and provide a stable combustion of blue flame by a method wherein an upward-directed gas mixing promoting cylinder and a downward-directed gas mixing promoting cylinder are arranged between an aeration tube and injection holes in a gasification burner for use in injecting mixture gas from several injection holes in a gas chamber. CONSTITUTION:An upwardly-directed mixing promoting cylinder 17 and a downwardly-directed mixing promoting cylinder 18 are arranged within a gas chamber 3 outside a surface gas pipe 16 and inside gas injection holes 5, thereby a mixture gas bending passage 19 is formed by both means 17 and 18. With this arrangement, mixture gas 13 gasified in the gasification cylinder 6 passes through the aeration pipe 16 and also passes through the bent gas passage 19, so that the mixing and agitation is promoted and at the same time a flow speed of the gas is made uniform. Therefore, the gas is fed into the gasification chamber 3 under a uniform condition and thus a lifting of the flame can be prevented and a stable blue flame combustion can always be attained.
