PURPOSE:To prevent various germs from invading a zone of the aimed raw test specimen, by irradiating the surroudings of the raw test specimen to be processed with sterilizing light rays and preventing invasion of various germs. CONSTITUTION:At a calculation treatment part 14 control actions to carry out processing of raw test specimen is done depending upon content of an image memory 12 and indication position detected, by a light pen 13'. At the calculation treatment part 14, a zone except a zone wherein the raw test specimen exist in a container, namely the surroundings of existing zone of the raw test specimen is subjected to control wherein surroundings are irradiated with ultraviolet rays (sterilizing light rays) generated from an ultraviolet light source 30 and various germs are destroyed. Consequently, the various germs can be prevented from invading the existing zone of the aimed test specimen.
